108 – Meditation, Tini, and Alton Brown

First lunch on the patio!
We enjoyed a Blue Apron recipe for lunch and ate outside for the first time in 2017. We find out that Chad dislikes cardinals.

Tini’s 6th anniversary.
Today is Tini’s birthday or as some people call it, “Gotcha Day.” We adopted her through BREW Beagles (Beagle Rescue, Education, and Welfare). You can visit their website and see adoptable beagles at gotbeagles.org.

Seeing Alton Brown live again.
We got to see Alton Brown’s “Eat Your Science” tour. It’s food! It’s science! It’s so us! We previously saw his “Edible Inevitable” tour in 2014. He puts on a fun show and is so good with impromptu audience interaction. You can find him on Twitter at @altonbrown.
